The total range of questions allowed a measure of verification between measuring methods.

Results of the Summary

Nutrafem worked quickly, with 92% of participants noting menopause related symptoms reducing in the first 3 weeks. For Hot Flushes and Night Sweats, 76% of participants appreciated an average reduction to 50% of initial number of episodes within 10 days and 34% in 3 weeks, which exceeds the mean established for conventiaonl therapy[1] (CEE/MPA) - reducing to 34% in 4 weeks.

Using Nutrafem, Quality of Life improvements are measurably greater than those offered by conventional HRT[2] witha complete absence of HRT's documented side effects. Both the improved well-being[3] and the absence of side effects, significantly increased tolerance to any residual symptoms at week 3. The final week's results compared to those established in other studies, indicating a continued improvement at week 4 and beyond. 20% of participants inducated that, initially excess wind was noticeable - this is an expected effect when adding Nutrafem (bean based) to western diets.
